We’re expanding our Ethernet portfolio for the Channel with the launch of CityFibre Ethernet Flex and DIA

Strengthening our Channel offering we are launching CityFibre’s Ethernet Flex and DIA Ethernet services. These new products will give our Partners more choice, greater coverage, and new opportunities to win high-value connectivity contracts in a rapidly growing market.

The two new full fibre services, Ethernet 1000 Flex (offering 200 Mbps committed speeds with burst capacity up to 1 Gbps) and 1 Gbps DIA Ethernet (a dedicated, uncontended Direct Internet Access service), will soon be fully available within Zen’s Partner and Business divisions. Both products can be quoted through the Leased Line Quote Tool in The Fibre Hub, ensuring a simple and seamless sales process for Partners.

The launch enhances our already broad Ethernet portfolio, giving Partners access to a significantly larger and more commercially competitive footprint at a moment when many UK businesses are upgrading legacy connections and preparing for the move away from copper.

The expansion also builds on our long-standing partnership with CityFibre and comes as demand for business-grade fibre connectivity accelerates across the UK. CityFibre’s enterprise-grade Ethernet services are already available to more than 260,000 UK businesses.

CityFibre’s Ethernet Flex is a cost-effective bridge-product between SoGEA and full Ethernet, great for customers who need more bandwidth but aren’t ready to invest in a full dedicated leased line.
