From 1st October 2021, We will be making changes to our connection (in some instances) and pence per minute charges on domestic calls to both landlines and mobiles.

We’re providing all customers with at least 30 days’ notice of these call tariff changes which will take effect on 1st October 2021. The new rates will apply to any calls made on or after this date.

Our call tariffs will automatically update with the new rates on 1st October 2021. If you don’t use your phone line you don’t need to do anything. If you use your phone and think you may be affected by these changes, you may benefit from our range of call bundles that can be added on / off on a monthly basis. Simply call our team on 01706 902 444 for more information.

We’re making changes across a range of our telephone products so, if you have multiple phone lines with us then you’ll get the communication relevant to that service and therefore may get more than one communication.

After reviewing our services and costs, we’ve identified a need to update our call tariffs. Due to rising costs caused by inflation we need to make a few changes. Rest assured that we don't make these decisions lightly and our prices do remain competitive and - in many cases - lower than the rates of other providers.

But if you are affected by these changes, you may benefit from our range of call bundles detailed on this page.

This is dependent on how much you use your phone to make calls. If you make more than 40 minutes of landline calls a month, you’d benefit from taking our Business Line Rental Plus product which includes 5000 inclusive minutes to 01, 02 and 03 numbers for £6.50pm (exc VAT). If you use your phone less than that, you shouldn’t see a significant impact from these small amendments to our call tariffs.

Additionally if you make regular calls to mobile or international numbers you may benefit from one of our inclusive minute bundles.
