At Zen Internet, we’re committed to doing business in a way that’s better for people and the planet. As a certified B Corp, we believe in reducing waste, lowering our carbon footprint, and helping build a greener future for generations to come.
That’s why we ask customers to return any Zen Internet equipment once it’s no longer needed. Recycling and reusing devices ensures that valuable materials don’t go to waste and are disposed of responsibly. When you sign up with us, we may loan you a broadband router to use for the duration of your service. If you cancel your order after receiving your router, or when your service comes to an end, we’ll ask you to return it.
Here’s how it works:
If we don’t receive the device back from you within 21 days of your cancellation date we will look to recover an amount towards the cost of the device. This can vary depending on the device we supplied you with and the table below gives you a view of what you could expect to pay if you wish to keep, or fail to return the device:
| Device | Condition / Status | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Fritz 7530 / Fritz 7530 AX / Fritz 300 Repeater / Eero 6 | Used (service cancelled) | £65 |
| Fritz 7530 / Fritz 7530 AX / Fritz 300 Repeater / Eero 6 | Unused (cancelled order) | £120 |
| Eero 7 | Used (service cancelled) | £250 |
| Eero 7 | Unused (cancelled order) | £550 |
If you misplace your returns bag or it doesn’t arrive, please contact our team via Live Chat. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement to make sure you can return the device and avoid any charges.
If you'd like to keep the device and agree to the associated cost, the charge will be applied in due course and an invoice including a payment link will be sent to the email address we hold for you.
By returning your device you’re helping us minimise waste and recycle responsibly, thank you.
