Zen first became B Corp accredited in August 2020 and as part of this status, we now produce an annual report detailing our performance in the five key behaviours and governance structures – workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment – as set out by the B Lab entity. At Zen we use this Impact Assessment Report as a barometer to monitor our progress and identify areas for improvement across the five key areas. It also acts as a transparent resource to keep our people, customers and suppliers informed about our social and environmental impact and the steps we are taking to ensure our business is a force for good.
