It’s probably fair to say by now that you’re aware of the launch of our new website.

The project has taken over 12 months in total, involving the input of teams and individuals throughout Zen, and beyond, to create what we believe is a more compelling, immersive, engaging and simple customer journey.

The website is the culmination of our rebranding – repositioning Zen as the trusted provider of not only broadband but a host of networking, connectivity, voice, hosting and cloud solutions. We might be the industry’s best kept secret today, but we aim to change that, and our new website really helps to bring our people and values to life.

The site went live to our customers on 13th June and so far has been really well received. We’ll be keeping a close eye on things of course, especially over the next few weeks, to make any necessary tweaks and changes.

We couldn’t have achieved what we did without the contributions of so many people within Zen, so a huge thanks is in order for all those whose input has helped us get to this point.

We’re always looking for ways to improve, and so your feedback on the new site is very welcome - we’ve already received some really helpful responses through SharePoint. If you have any constructive comments about the new site, if you’ve found a bug, a broken link, a missing image or some inaccurate information, we’d love to hear from you.
