We’re thrilled to announce that Zen has officially been Certified™ as a Great Place To Work® for 2025. An achievement based entirely on what our people say about life at Zen. This year, an incredible 83% of our people participated in the survey, with 84% confirming that Zen is a Great Place To Work. It’s a true reflection of the culture we’ve nurtured together.

Zen’s commitment to a people-focused workplace has been consistently recognised, having earned Great Place To Work® Certification in 2021 and again in 2023 through our biennial employee engagement surveys. But this Certification isn’t just a badge. It’s a reflection of the real experiences, trust, and connection our people feel every day, marking a milestone in a year full of investment in our culture, environment, and future.

A year of positive change

This Certification comes at a time when Zen has taken several significant steps to enhance our culture and people experience. We’ve introduced a new people platform, that is modern, intuitive, and designed to support career development, personal growth, and skills-building across the business. Alongside this, we’ve launched HoriZen, our new Learning Management System, which makes learning and career growth more visible, accessible, and effective for everyone. Learning is central to driving our values and behaviours, helping us stay agile, forward-thinking, and ambitious about the future.

This year, we also introduced, for the first time, a clear set of company values. These values are not new to Zen; they’ve always been part of who we are. But capturing them clearly and simply allows us to reflect what truly brings us together, shaping how we work, succeed, and make an impact.

Our refreshed office environment is another exciting development. Thoughtfully designed to inspire collaboration, creativity, and stronger connections. The new space features everything from open collaboration zones and high bench workspaces to private acoustic pods. It supports the way our people work best, whether that’s a casual catch-up, focused work, or a customer-facing call.
