23 years of PC Pro recognition. One big thank you

We’re celebrating at Zen HQ.

For the 23rd year in a row, we’ve been named the PC Pro Best Broadband ISP.

That in itself is something we’re proud of. But there’s something else that makes this award extra special – you.

That’s because unlike some awards that are given out by committees, the PC Pro award is based on real user feedback. We’re amazed that year after year, Zen customers take the time to tell PC Pro how highly they value Zen – the quality of our products, the service we deliver, and the value we offer.

We could trot out the usual lines about how we don’t take this for granted and how we’re working even harder to keep the winning streak going. And those would be true.

But right now, we want to shine the spotlight on two groups that really make this possible: our hard-working people who turn up every day to make Zen a better business, and our loyal customers who’ve chosen to stick with us and show their support year-in, year-out.

Without the dedication of our teams, and without the loyalty of all the people they serve, we wouldn’t be standing here today with such a mind-boggling tally of awards.

So a huge heartfelt thanks from Zen.

And yes, we will make those cliched statements. We do believe in going further to improve the service we provide every day. We do believe in genuinely responding to the feedback we receive to make Zen a better place for everyone. And we do believe in our fundamental guiding principle to do right for people and planet.

Any success we earn is built on those foundations. And we’re determined to continue that run of success into the coming year, and for many more to come.
