What happens when you switch to Zen?
The process is straightforward.
First, check what broadband is available at your address and choose the package that works for you. You can do that by entering your postcode. Give us a few details about your current service and, in most cases, we’ll take care of the switch from there.
Your current provider will let you know about anything you need to be aware of before you leave, including any charges if you’re still within your minimum contract period.
