Zen extends PC Pro record with 22nd consecutive win

For the 22^nd year running, Zen has been named the PC Pro Best Broadband ISP. This achievement marks another successful year of Zen putting people first and providing broadband connections that our customers love.

But the success doesn’t stop there, because we’ve also won the inaugural PC Pro Digital Voice award and been given a ‘highly commended’ nod in their Best Web Host category.

Looking at the numbers

But what do those awards actually mean, and how do they reflect how our customers feel about their Zen service?

Let’s start with the Best Broadband ISP category.

Zen scored 90% or more in each of PC Pro’s five scoring metrics - Customer Support (95%), Reliability (95%), Value for Money (90%), Speed (92%), and Recommended (97%) – for an overall score of 94%.

Considering that these scores come from real customer feedback, we couldn’t be more proud of our achievements over the past 12 months. We’re committed to providing the best broadband service around – from speed and reliability to award-winning service and our Contract Price Promise – that puts people and planet first and gives Zen customers something extra.

And it really does go without saying – though we’ll say it anyway – that we’re incredibly thankful to all of our wonderful customers who took the time to let PC Pro know just how highly they value Zen. Although we’ve won this award for the last 22 years, we never take the recognition for granted. In fact, it serves as a powerful motivation to work even harder and do even more for our customers in the coming year.

But Best Broadband isn’t the only PC Pro award we received this year. Because we also won PC Pro’s first ever Digital Voice accolade.

With scores across every category – Customer Support (91%), Reliability (92%), Value for Money (89%), Audio Quality (91%), and Recommended (96%) – reflecting just how highly our customers appreciate Digital Voice from Zen, we took home an overall rating of 92%.

As the UK moves away from traditional phone and broadband connections to all-digital services, we’re proud to be leading the way when it comes to modern, future-proof communications that provide customers with just what they need to stay in touch.

And what about Best Web Host?

While we didn’t quite manage to take the top prize this year, we’re still proud of the scores we achieved – Customer Support (93%), Reliability (93%), Value for Money (90%), and Recommended (96%) – which combined for a highly respectable 93% overall score.

Although customers might recognise Zen as a broadband provider, the ratings we’ve received for our hosting services prove there’s a lot more to us.
