eero is our premium mesh WiFi system, included as standard with Zen Full Fibre Max. Customers on other Zen full fibre packages can add eero for an additional cost. With eero, you’ll enjoy:

• eero Signal – a USB-C cellular backup service (4G/5G) that kicks in automatically if your broadband goes down.
• Backup data allowance – eero Plus annual plans will include 10 GB per year of backup data, with a new “eero Plus 100” plan offering up to 100 GB per month.

Important to know

eero is included with Zen Full Fibre Max. You’ll receive a single eero device as standard but can add additional devices during check out (or later – just give us a call) to build your dream mesh WiFi setup.

If you’re on one of our other full fibre connections, you can still make the switch to eero. We’ll send you the devices you need at competitive rates.

Please remember though that eero isn’t compatible with Zen voice services. So if you use Digital Voice, EveryRoom is the right mesh option for you.
