20 February 2012: PC Advisor has today announced the results of its Home Broadband Survey for 2012 based on customer satisfaction.
Over 6,000 readers' responded to the on-line survey after being asked about their ISP's reliability, performance, technical support, customer and overall satisfaction.
Zen achieved 98.9% for Reliability, 92.2% for Performance (download speeds), 99.4% Technical Support, 98.8% Customer Satisfaction and 98.9% Overall Satisfaction. Also 97.6% would Recommend Zen to a friend. This gives Zen the highest scores in the survey in five out of the six categories.
Zen isn't the cheapest ADSL broadband provider, but it has always polled well in our broadband survey for customer satisfaction and good technical support. The feedback figures for Zen are nothing short of admirable. A little under 60 percent of customers said they wouldn’t consider trading their ISP for another, no matter what.

This is a fantastic result for Zen, this is the first time we have won this award and we are grateful to all the PC Advisor readers who took the time to vote for Zen Internet. I'm extremely pleased to see that the hard work and efforts of Zen employees in providing good quality service and support as well as reliable products are where we continue to excel.
Last week Zen was once again Which? Recommended Broadband Provider, Zen's thirteenth Which? endorsement in eight years. Our continued success in these awards results from the commitment of the entire team at Zen, especially our Technical Support and Customer Services teams, who all support our mission to provide the best ISP service in the UK.
