How we calculate call charges
Calls are subject to a minimum length of one second and are rounded to the second. The total is rounded up to the nearest 1p.
If applicable, a call set up fee is added.
Fixed fee calls have a fixed-cost element for part (or all) of the call (e.g. 5p for the first 5 minutes or 25p per call).
For calls to service numbers beginning 084, 087, 09 and 118 the access charge is rounded to the nearest second and the service charge is rounded up to the nearest second. There is no setup fee for these calls.
