We've signed up to Ofcom's 'Better Broadband Speed Information - Voluntary Code of Practice' for our residential customers.
Ofcom is the regulator for the communications services that we use and rely on each day. They make sure people get the best from their broadband, home phone and other services.
The code we have signed up to means Zen is committed to providing clear and realistic speed information for customers purchasing both online and through our phone sales team. The code also sets out how we will manage customers' speed-related problems and enable customers to exit their contract without penalty if the speeds we communicate fall below a minimum threshold.
