Additional resources for your cPanel

Need a bit more power behind your website? Power Packs are add-ons that increase your account’s available resources so you can get better performance without moving to a different hosting plan. They’re ideal when your site is regularly hitting its limits and needs extra headroom.

What you get

Power Packs can increase:

CPU (processing power)
Memory (PMEM)
Disk speed (IO)
Disk operations (IOPS)
Concurrent connections (EP)

Think of it like upgrading your computer, except you’re upgrading the resources available to your cPanel account.

When to use them

Power Packs are a good fit for:

Growing websites with steady traffic
Busy e-commerce stores
Resource-heavy applications
Sites that are already optimised but still reaching resource limits

They’re designed for consistent demand, rather than short-lived traffic spikes.

Power Pack Limits

There are 4 power packs to choose from. The table below shows the limits of each power pack for either a Bronze, Silver, or Gold cPanel account.

Each row is a Power Pack option. Speed is CPU allocation, PMEM is physical memory, IO is disk throughput (MB/s), IOPS is disk operations per second, and EP is the number of concurrent connections allowed.
