Refer A Friend
Referring a friend is easy. Register to our refer a friend scheme by entering your name and email address where prompted at the top of this page. You can then share your personalised referral link via email, Facebook, by copying and pasting the link, or by telling your friend in person.
Once you have registered to the scheme you will get your personalised referral link to share with your friends whichever way you like!
Your friend can either sign up to Zen using your unique referral link or over the phone by providing identifying details of you (the referrer).
You will receive your reward within 5 days of your friend’s new service going live.
Your friend will receive their reward within 5 days of their new service going live.
Once you receive your reward you have 90 days to select a voucher from the retailer of your choice. Your selected voucher then comes with its own T&Cs depending on the retailer.
Yes! You can refer as many friends, family members, neighbours or postmen as you like, and you’ll be rewarded each time you do!
No. The refer a friend offer is valid for new customers only.
Unfortunately not. Your friend’s service must go live in order for you to receive your reward.
