Big Moments Business Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is Zen Internet (“the Promoter”).
2. The promotion is open to UK business customers and prospective UK businesses only, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, aged 18 years or over acting on behalf of the business.
3. The promotion applies to fulfilled orders for eligible Zen Business products and services only. Consumer and residential products are excluded from this promotion.
4. The promotion opens on 01/06/2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 30/09/2026 (“Promotional Period”).
5. Eligible entrants will automatically receive one entry into the promotion for each Qualifying Order placed during the Promotional Period.
6. Qualifying Orders include eligible new business services, business product upgrades, business renewals or additional business products purchased from Zen Business during the Promotional Period.
7. Qualifying Orders cancelled during cooling-off periods, refunded, unpaid, duplicated, fraudulent or not successfully fulfilled will be excluded from the promotion.
8. In addition to Qualifying Orders, businesses may also receive one additional entry into the promotion by completing an official Big Moments campaign entry form during the Promotional Period.
9. Each valid Qualifying Order and each engagement with the #ZensBusinessMoments social media post will count as one separate entry into the promotion.
10. Multiple entries are permitted.
11. During June, July and August, four qualifying businesses will be randomly selected in each of these months to receive the small moments £50 business voucher.
12. At the end of the Promotional Period, a minimum of two winning businesses will be selected at random from all valid entries received across the full campaign period to each receive a £250 business voucher towards their next business moment.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to increase the number of final prizes, increase the value of final prizes, or award additional prizes during the Promotional Period.
14. All valid entries received during the campaign period, including entries from previous monthly draws, will remain eligible for the final prize draw.
15. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
16. All prizes are awarded to the business associated with the Qualifying Order or campaign entry and not to an individual employee or representative personally.
17. Where the winning business is a sole trader, the prize may be awarded directly to the named account holder associated with the qualifying order or campaign entry.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify that any individual claiming a prize is authorised to act on behalf of the winning business.
19. Prizes may be issued in the form of vouchers, bank transfer, account credit or another reasonable method determined by the Promoter. The Promoter may require reasonable evidence of business ownership or authority before issuing a prize.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the internal distribution, allocation or use of prizes within recipient organisations.
21. Participation in this promotion does not influence pricing, service availability, sales recommendations or eligibility for Zen products or services.
22. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where necessary.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries believed to be fraudulent, misleading, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these terms and conditions.
24. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize is the responsibility of the winning business.
25. Winners may be contacted using the contact details associated with their qualifying order or campaign entry.
26. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that the Promoter may use the winning business name and general location for reasonable promotional purposes unless otherwise requested.
27. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
29. By participating in the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
