For existing Lit Fibre customers
Are you an existing Lit Fibre customer? The Lit Fibre team has decided to step away from the broadband retail market and has arranged for its existing broadband customers to be transferred to Zen.
This means Zen will become your broadband provider, but everything you currently enjoy will stay the same – your package, your monthly price, your speed, contract length, and the commitment to no in-contract price increases.
Your underlying CityFibre service will not change. This means there will be no engineer visit needed, and no change to your equipment or WiFi details.
Lit Fibre customers will receive more information directly from Lit Fibre with a clear overview of the next steps. You don’t need to take any action at this stage. The migration is expected to begin in January 2026. Until then, your service will continue as normal and customers should contact Lit Fibre for support in the usual way.
