Hardware Returns Procedure

Returning Faulty Hardware:

If you believe that the equipment that you have purchased from us is faulty and needs replacing, you should in the first instance contact Technical support. (Contact details can be found by clicking the Contact Us link in the menu to the left of this page.) If the hardware is determined to be faulty then Technical support will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. You can ignore the rest of this page, as this only applies to non-faulty hardware returns.

NOTE: An RMA for a fault swap will only be fulfilled within the first year of your hardware purchase.


Returning Hardware for other reasons:

If you need to return hardware for any other reason then please contact Customer Services instead, who will be able to process the return.

For returning non-faulty hardware you should then fill in an RMA form. The RMA form can be downloaded by following the link below:

You should then return the completed form to us via fax or post. Upon receipt of this form we will arrange for the returned hardware to be collected, and the purchase price (minus restocking & postage fees if applicable) to be refunded.
