Live Online Chat with Technical Support and Customer Services
Supplementing Zen's growing support services, you can now enlist the direct assistance of our Technical Support and Customer Service staff, from wherever you are! Zen Internet has launched the Live Support contact service for Customer Services and Technical Support. After a successful summer trial of the Live Support system, and with much positive feedback, Zen has decided to officially offer this contact service to its existing customers.
Existing Zen Internet customers who require assistance from Customer Services or Technical Support can reach either team between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday via a Web client which operates in a similar way to many Instant Messaging clients (e.g. MSN Messenger, AIM).
You can initiate a session by following the Live Support link on the Zen Support main page and then selecting the team you wish to contact.
The operating hours of the Zen Live Support service may increase in the future if the service becomes a popular method of contacting Support and Customer Services. Look out for announcements relating to Live Support on the Zen Support site.
