Service Cancellations - New Process
In order to cancel any services you have with Zen, please visit our customer portal at https://portal.zen.co.uk/.
Once logged in, navigate through to;
My Services -> Service Cancellations -> Create Cancellation Requests
You will require a login to access the portal. If you already have a login then please enter the details on the portal homepage. If you do not have a login, you may request one by clicking the "Register" button from the portal homepage. Any existing Zen customers can register for and access the portal. You will be required to identify and authenticate yourself to the system and therefore may require details such as previously issued invoice/renewal numbers, the number of the card used to pay for services, or details of the username and password you use to access your ADSL service.
In order to cancel existing services, you must have permission over the service. By default, permission is granted to:
- the person who originally ordered the service;
- the person who the service is billed to
In the case of business users, your organisation administrator can assign permissions to sales order items to other members of the organisation.
If the service you wish to cancel is not visible and you are a business user, check with your organisation administrator. For home users, please contact our Customer Services team on 0845 058 9000.
