What is changing?
Clause 12.1 is changing to read as follows:

12.1 Zen will take daily data backups of the Managed Cloud Server Operating System, any Zen Provided Applications and file data, and will retain such back-ups for 14 days.
Why have we made these changes?
We have reduced the retention period for back-ups from 28 to 14 days as experience has shown us that data restores are rarely required for such a substantial period. 14 days remains a generous retention period within the market place.
When will the change take effect?
This change will take effect immediately for orders placed on or after the date this notice is issued.

The issue date of this notice is Friday, 28th October 2011.
