Support
In addition to our billing, training, marketing, customer service and technical support teams, members of Zen's Wholesale Partner Programme are supported by a dedicated Account Manager. As your primary point of contact, they will provide you with crucial sales support and are able to advise you on our range of products and services, provide quotes and proposals, and manage your account. They are there to help you win business and develop as a Partner.
Partner Portal
You will utilise Zen's online Partner Portal to order Zen's standard products and services 24/7 directly on behalf of your customers. The Portal offers a range of useful features and resources giving you online visibility of your customer orders, marketing collateral available, training materials, and notification of upcoming events.
Ordering
Orders for standard products and services can be placed via the Partner Portal. The more complex solutions within our Portfolio, such as managed Firewalls, Leased Lines, IP VPNs, and Dedicated Servers, need to be placed through your Account Manager.
Maintaining your Wholesale Partner status
In order to stay on the Wholesale Partner Programme, you will be expected to achieve an annual revenue target, in addition to taking responsibility for billing and collecting payment from your customers, and managing first line technical support. If you are unable to achieve your annual target, we reserve the right to migrate you across to the appropriate level within our Partner Programme which offers commission outpayments on all products, services and solutions, but does not require Partners to achieve an annual target.
Discounts off RRP
As a Wholesale Partner, you will be given a discount off our recommended retail price (RRP) at the point of purchase. Discount levels vary across the portfolio. Potential applicants to the Wholesale Partner Programme will only be considered if the applicant agrees to manage the invoicing process and collecting payment from the end user directly. If you would prefer that Zen take on this responsibility, then you need to consider either our Affiliate Programme, or the Zen Partner Programme.
Sales and Technical Workshops
We regularly run workshops and training events for Partners to understand and learn more about our products and services, diagnostic processes and sales techniques so that you are better equipped to support your customers.
