Zen Internet has been awarded highly commended in the PC Pro Best Web Host category after PC Pro removed this year's Best Web Host award from Fast2host and awarded it instead to Memset.
PC Pro apparently believe the company broke one of the voting rules in their annual Reliability and Service survey by inviting only "satisfied" customers to take part in the voting process. Rather than ask for votes alone, which the biggest companies always tend to win due to sheer weight of numbers, they ask people to rate companies for the customer service and reliability of the service (or product) they've bought. As such, any encouragement of positive feedback alone from the customers who take part in the survey can skew the end results.
According to PC Pro, Zen Internet received the Highly Commended award for the support, reliability and value for money it offers its customers.
