23 October 2009: Zen Internet has been nominated MacUser's 'ISP of the Year' finalist.
The Macuser Awards reflect the very best products for Mac users based on industry output over the last 12 months.
Unlike some other awards, 'ISP of the Year' is based on the votes of the MacUser readers, reflecting Zen's success in delivering excellent service levels to these specific users.
Zen set-up a dedicated Apple Mac Support Team in 2005 recognising the specialist knowledge required to effectively support Mac users. Apple Mac users can be assured that they are supported by Zen's dedicated technical team, who have the necessary awareness and expertise of the latest Mac developments
We are delighted to have become a finalist for this award and to be recognised by the Mac community. We are grateful to all the MacUser readers who took the time to vote for Zen Internet.
This pays testament to the commitment of everyone here at Zen who supports our mission to provide the best ISP service in the UK and to do this we realise that our support needs to include specialists who can support specific customers such as Apple Mac users.
