20 April 2012: Zen Internet, one of the UK's leading independent Internet Service Providers (ISPs), has appointed Nicola Buxton as Channel Account Manager
Nicola brings with her a wealth of experience having worked in the Retail and Technology sectors. Immediately prior to joining Zen, Nicola was Business Development Manager at Central Networks and Technologies, providers of integrated ICT solutions and services to organisations across the UK. Nicola was responsible for account management, new business sales, relationship building, inbound and outbound appointments and industry events.
I am really pleased to be joining Zen's Partner team. I am looking forward to using my experience to continue to build on the excellent work already being done with Zen's partners. Over the coming months I will be working with the team to strengthen Zen's partner relationships to help them achieve their revenue goals in 2012 and beyond

Zen's Partner Programme provides a range of different business models to suit channel partners of all sizes and types and is supported by a dedicated team of managers. Zen's Wholesale Channel Programme is for Partners who are committed to selling Zen's larger and more complex services, such as Leased Lines, IP VPN and Managed Hosting. These Partners are also responsible for managing their customer relationships including support and billing provision.
Zen is investing over £1M in the development and rebuild of its Partner Portal. Partners can utilise Zen's online Partner Portal to order products and services 24/7 directly on behalf of their customers. The Portal offers a range of useful features and resources giving Partners online visibility of their customer orders, commission account and marketing and training materials.
Zen also regularly runs workshops and training events for Partners to understand and learn more about Zen's products and services, diagnostic processes and sales techniques so that they are better equipped to support their customers.
