21 July 2009: Computer Shopper recently announced the results of its UK Broadband Survey based on customer satisfaction. Over 21,000 readers responded to the survey after being asked about their ISPs reliability, set-up process, technical support and plans to change provider.
Zen Internet achieved 90% for its Technical Support which was the highest reliability rating in the survey.
Computer Shopper also found that Zen's average speed for its broadband services was 4.66Mbps, making Zen's services some of the fastest 'up to 8Mbps' services in the survey.
