27 January 2010: Zen Internet is offering a one week fully funded technical training programme to individuals who aspire to work within a technical support environment. As the first point of contact for Zen's residential and business customers the technical support role is demanding and requires the delivery of first class IT support.
The training programme on offer will suit individuals with:
- A strong interest in internet technologies
- A first-rate work ethic
- An understanding of the importance of high-quality customer care
- The ability to learn new technologies and IT products quickly and efficiently
