Cheque Conversion To Direct Debit Competition

Terms and Conditions

  1. The competition runs between 1st February 2008 and 30th April 2008.
  2. To enter this competition, you must convert your existing cheque payment method to Direct Debit. Customers must fill out a valid Direct Debit mandate (via paper, telephone or online) and return it to Zen Internet Ltd. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
  3. Entries that are not strictly in accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid and no prize will be awarded in respect of any such entry. Zen Internet accepts no responsibility or liability for entries or information relating to entries that are lost or undelivered to Zen Internet.
  4. This promotion is only open to entrants over 18 years of age who are customers of Zen Internet Ltd and are resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Zen Internet or its appointed agents are not eligible to enter.
  5. An independent judge appointed by Zen Internet will pick the winning entries at random from the returned Direct Debit mandate forms, received by the closing date. The winners will be notified by post after 30th June 2008.
  6. The definition of 12 months Free Broadband is open to all Broadband products up to the maximum value of £500 (Inc. VAT), within a 12 month period. Additional download usage purchases are not included.
  7. In the event that the winner declines the prize awarded to him/her, Zen Internet may award the prize to another entrant.
  8. The prize is non-transferable and in order to claim the prize the winner must not be in breach of or have served or received notice to terminate or suspend their service agreement with Zen Internet.
  9. By accepting the prize, the winner grants Zen Internet the right to use and publish his/her name and picture in such media as Zen Internet may choose (including but not limited to the Internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. Zen Internet may also publish and/or disclose the results of the competition including the winner's name and details of entry.
  10. Zen Internet reserves the right to suspend or terminate the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason.
