£40.00 ex. VAT (£48.00 inc. VAT) one-off fee for New ADSL Activations
Unless you are migrating from another broadband (ADSL) provider to Zen, a one-off activation fee of £40.00 ex. VAT (£48.00 inc. VAT) is applicable
One Month Minimum Broadband (ADSL) Contract
Your Broadband (ADSL) contract with Zen is only on a rolling monthly basis, unlike many other ISPs who state a 12 month minimum
Traffic Prioritisation or Elevated Rate on Zen Office Broadband (ADSL) services
Zen Office services provide higher download speeds than our Lite, Active and Pro services during peak usage periods. The Zen Office & Office Max products ("up to 16Mbps" enabled exchanges) provide an Assured Rate of 3Mbps during peak hours (this is also dependent on your specific line conditions and the location of your premises). Zen Office 8000 & Office 8000 Max ("up to 7Mbps" enabled exchanges) provide Traffic Prioritisation during peak hours. This ensures that Office traffic will be prioritised across the BT network during peak hours. Both of these products are enhancements on the standard products available

Fast installation on Zen Broadband (ADSL) services
We are subject to the standard BT lead time of 5 working days, although in rare cases it may take a few days longer
Connection 24/7
With broadband you are always connected, even when you are not actively using the Internet. This does not affect your ability to make or receive phone calls and you do not need to disconnect your Internet connection to do so
11 POP3 Mailboxes
Each broadband account has the option of having up to 11 POP3 mailboxes associated with it. One of these is provided as standard upon order confirmation and the remaining 10 are able to be personalised via your account in the Zen Customer Portal
E-mail Anti-Virus Protection
Zen uses a virus definition database that can be updated at least 5 times a day, long before anything can reach your mailbox
Unlimited uploads on Broadband services
Upload data is not included in your usage allowance, therefore you can upload as much information to the Internet as you require
2GB Web space
1GB is provided as standard upon order confirmation. Another 1GB can be allocated, personalised and managed via your account in the Zen Customer Portal. These two separate blocks of Web space can be used for the development of Websites
Back-up dial-in account
If for any reason your Broadband connection temporarily fails, you can still access important e-mails using the back-up dial-in account. Calls are charged at the local BT call rate
