Technical Support Team Leader
Salary: £20k-£25k dependant on experience
As Technical Support Team Leader you will be responsible for leading, motivating and overseeing the day to day management of a team of Technical Support Service Consultants, ensuring that the team provide a first class service to Zen customers when dealing with and resolving a variety of customer enquires.
This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who is approachable and pro-active, has excellent interpersonal skills and a sound understanding of Internet and Computing diagnostic processes and procedures together with a natural aptitude for leading a team of people.
The right candidate will be able to support team members and Zen in achieving continuous improvement by encouraging ideas and recommendations for procedural and system improvements from a grass-roots level. They will recognise the value of input from staff who interact with customers on a daily basis.
