Job Role: Service Provision Executive

Zen Internet is offering an exciting opportunity to work within our Service Provision  Department dealing with the provision of our rapidly expanding product portfolio for our growing Business Customer base.

The Service Provision Team is responsible for pro-active order management and fast, efficient provision of all Zen Services. The role also compromises of receiving internal queries and making external calls to our customers and suppliers for managed services and handling order exceptions. Professionalism and accuracy of any correspondence is paramount to maintaining the exemplary reputation Zen Internet holds within the ISP industry. 

The Service Provision Team work in a flexible, friendly team environment, where enthusiasm and initiative are highly valued.
