Job Summary 

Job Role: Channel Account Executive

Up to £19k + £4k OTE

As Channel Account Executive you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of predominantly Bronze and Silver Partners. Success will be based on forming relationships with the key decision makers and / or recommenders through regular communication and occasional face to face meetings. This will be achieved by providing sound information and advice on Zen’s services, and recommending appropriate solutions based upon qualified requirements.

The Account Executive will also be required to identify new opportunities within the Partner base, increase customer satisfaction and ensure the Partner is regularly updated with the developments across Zen’s products and services portfolio to determine where these may be utilised by the Partner.
