Managed Support Consultant
Starting salary: £20k - £24k Depending on experience
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Managed Support Consultant to sit alongside Zen Internet’s expanding Business Solutions team. The Managed Support desk is a separate division from the traditional technical support team(s) providing dedicated support to Business Customers of Zen managed hardware, including high-end business grade routers and firewalls.
This is a highly varied role, providing excellent opportunities for personal development in regards to team work, time management, as well as valuable experience with high-end networking technologies and protocols e.g. Quality of Service, bonding, etc. Certification and training will be supported and funded by Zen Internet, and personnel development continuously invested in. You will be encouraged to work autonomously within your role, prioritising workload and tasks effectively.
