ZEN GUIDES: Pre-Sales Technical Support
The purpose of this section of the newsletter is to provide a guide to the systems and processes that affect Zen customers. In this Zen Guide we take a brief look at Zen’s Pre-Sales Technical Support function for both customers and Zen Account Managers.
All sales enquiries from new and existing customers are directed and recorded within Zen’s sales solution tracker. This allows all employees to record and monitor the progress of all enquiries we receive. This information is then assessed by our Pre-Sales Technical Team of consultants who provide recommendations or assistance in providing a solution for the customer.
The Pre-Sales Technical Team who, combined have more than 24 years of experience between them, hold a number of different qualifications. This allows them to provide recommendations or solutions for the customer; some of the qualifications include the following:
CCNA Certified |
|
CCDA Certified |
i-Net Certified |
|
Dell Certified Systems Engineer |
Fortinet FCNSA |
|
VoIP Certified |
Fortinet FCNSP |
|
Novell (CNA + CNE) Certified |
The Pre-Sales Team handle enquiries in different ways, depending on the complexity of the enquiry. The types of services this particular team would handle are as follows:
Co-location
Leased Lines
Broadband
IPVPN
Managed Security solutions
Enquiries which need some in-depth technical assistance would initially be passed via your Account Manager; these enquiries are then assigned to a member of the Pre-Sales Technical Team. At this point they would take full responsibility on liaising with the Account Manager and the customer in order to provide the best advice or solution which fits the needs of the customer and their business. This is then presented in a quote format, which would be passed via the Account Manager to the customer for consideration.
This team would also accompany all Account Managers on customer visits, if necessary. This in affect provides a consultation on a customer’s network or infrastructure as part of our service to all Zen customers.
To discuss a free consultation on how Zen could improve or make recommendation to your network, please contact your Account Manager for further information.
