Account Management Group
In order to improve the service you receive from your Account Manager, Zen has created a new Account Management group which is to be used when your account manager is not available.
Ideally these contact details would be used if your account manager is out of the office, on customer visitors or on holiday.
The benefits of using the Account Management contact details means that you will still have access to a dedicated team who are able to deal with your enquiries on a personal level which means you will receive the same level of service when your account manager is unavailable.
