What happens when you switch your telephone line to us?
- We'll switch your telephone line at the earliest date possible – if you'd like to start the switch at a later date, you can choose this when you order
- It will take 10 working days to switch your telephone line
- You can keep your current phone number
- You don't need to contact your current telephone line provider as we'll do this for you
