If you are a customer of NamesCo use the guide below to transfer your domain names to us.
For .uk domain names
Start at http://admin.names.co.uk/
- Log into the NamesCo control panel at http://admin.names.co.uk.
- After logging in, click "Domain Names".
- Select the domain name that you'd like to transfer.
- Click "DNS & Transfer Option".
- Click "Transfer Domain".
- Enter the IPS tag "ZENSYS".
- Initialise the domain transfer.
Next you will need to order the domain transfer.
For non .uk domain names
Start at http://admin.names.co.uk/
- Log into the NamesCo control panel (http://admin.names.co.uk/).
- After logging in, click on "Domain Names".
- Select the domain name that you want to transfer.
- Click on "DNS & Transfer Option".
- Click on "Transfer Domain".
- Follow the onscreen instructions to transfer your domain name from NamesCo. Choose to unlock the domain name.
- Contact NamesCo support and ask them for your domain's Auth Code.
- Initialise the domain transfer.
- OpenSRS/TuCows (our domain registrar) will then email you with further instructions on using your Auth Code to transfer your domain to Zen Internet, so please ensure you check your mail regularly
Next you will need to order the domain transfer in the Zen Internet customer portal.
What happens next?
Once you have placed your domain transfer order with us you can sign-in to our Customer Portal to track the progress of your order. If you are not already registered with Zen Internet you will need to create an account.
