What domain names do you offer?
We offer a range of domain name extensions including, .co.uk, .com, .net and .org. These domain name extensions are sometimes referred to as Top Level Domains (TLDs). Domain name extensions are charged from £4.99 (ex. VAT) per year for new domain name registrations.

How do I register a domain name?
Registering a domain name with us is easy. Simply go to the Choose a domain box and select your domain name and domain extension (i.e. .co.uk, .com, .org etc) to see if it's available.
If your domain name is available you'll have the option to 'order now'. Just follow the simple steps that follow.
What can I do with a domain name?
A domain name represents an address on the World Wide Web. It can be used to point to website servers and email servers to create a range of email addresses. Even if you don’t have a website you can still register a domain name and protect that name for the duration of the registration period.
Do you provide web and email forwarding?
No. Domains may only be forwarded to web and email servers using DNS. There is no redirect or forwarding facility provided with our domain names.
How long does it take to register a new domain name?
Registering a new domain name with us in most cases takes 12 to 36 hours.
How long are domain names valid for?
.uk domain names registered with us are valid for two years. All other domain names are valid for one year. Please note that .uk domains are billed every 2 years, all other domain types are billed on an annual basis.
How do I transfer a domain name to you?
Transferring a domain name with us is easy. Simply go to Domain Transfers for more information.
How long does it take to transfer a domain name to you?
Domain transfer times depend on the current registrar and the type of domain name you choose. .uk domains will typically be transferred within 24 hours. All other domain names (i.e. .com, .net and .org) will usually take between two and ten days but in most cases there should be no disruption to service during this period.
How do I manage my domain name?
There are two key components associated with every domain name. An A record representing the IP address where a website is hosted and a MX record which is an IP address for a mailserver. The A and MX records can be managed through our DNS Management Tools provided within the Customer Portal. Click here for more information on advanced features.
Will I lose my domain name if I forget to re register?
To protect against this, Zen Internet will renew your domain name automatically. We will send you an email 30 days before the expiry date of your domain name to advise you of this. If you choose not to renew your domain name for any reason, follow the instructions provided in the email to cancel the renewal.
What do I do next?
To buy a domain name or check domain name availability, type your desired domain name into the 'Choose a domain' search box, select the domain extension (i.e. .co.uk, .com, .org etc) from the drop down box and click the 'GO' button.
Follow the on-screen instructions to buy your domain name.
