Fibre Broadband Hardware

To connect your Fibre Optic Broadband service you require a compatible router with an Ethernet WAN port that has the capability to dial PPPoE. We regularly and extensively test a wide range of routers for use with our fibre broadband services. Currently we recommend four routers.

Our Netgear router is suitable for customers that require only 1 IP address (most home users), however if you are currently using or have a future requirement for multiple IP addresses then you will need to order our DrayTek router which is capable of performing routed IP. Both routers are supplied with our own simple set-up guides to help you get your fibre broadband home network up and running in minutes.
