Zen is North West Business of the Year

Gary Hough of Zen collects the award from Chamber President, Peter Heginbotham OBE
17 October 2008: Zen Internet has been awarded North West Business of the Year in this year's Chamber Awards. This is the third time Zen has won this award having previously been winners in 2004 and 2005. This is all the more impressive given that the awards, which were set up to recognise outstanding achievement in the British Community, have only been going for the last 5 years.
The judges were impressed by Zen's entry and described us as having 'strong values in quality and people, resulting in process management improvements and showing strong customer loyalty and performance'.
We will now go through to the national judging and the chance to win the top prize of £50,000, courtesy of Royal Bank of Scotland. The National Winners of the Chamber Awards 2008 will be announced at the Natural history Museum in London on the 27th November 2008.
'Zen is a business that really stands out from the crowd. The competition was fierce. Making it to the shortlist is tough and winning is reserved for only the very best,' said Angie Robinson, Greater Manchester Chamber.
