Zen Internet's reliability receives five stars in Macworld survey
16 September 2009: Macworld has announced the results of its UK Broadband Survey based on customer satisfaction. 6,557 readers responded to the survey between May and July after being asked about their ISPs reliability, technical support and customer service, giving an overall score of satisfaction.
Zen Internet achieved 93% for its reliability, 95.8% for 'would recommend' and 94.5% for overall satisfaction, which were the highest scores in the survey.
Macworld also highlighted that Zen was only one of three providers to score reasonably well for its speed of connection.
"Zen proves to be one of the shining lights of broadband service providers as far as our survey respondents are concerned." said PC Advisor
"We are grateful to all the Macworld readers who took the time to vote for Zen Internet. This pays testament to the commitment of everyone here at Zen who supports our mission to provide the best ISP service in the UK and to do this we realise that our support needs to include specialists who can support specific customers such as Apple Mac users." said Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing.
Macworld also praised Zen's online usage allowance checker. "So far, only a couple of the major players let you monitor your web usage yourself – Zen Internet's online checker is a great idea. We'd like to see more of this transparent usage trading, please."
