Zen Internet receives highest reliability rating in thinkbroadband's customer survey

19 March 2009: Thinkbroadband.com today announces the results of the largest ever UK Broadband Survey on Customer Service. Over 500,000 ratings were gathered over the last year, giving a unique insight into the services offered by broadband service providers in the UK.

"Zen Internet has been known for its exceptional customer service since the beginning of broadband and it is therefore no surprise to see it has achieved such a high score for customer service and the top position for reliability in the entire survey." said Sebastien Lahtinen, Co-founder, thinkbroadband.com

The fixed-line broadband service providers were split into two groups based on the number of ratings. This assisted in making a fair comparison against similar sample sizes, but also allows a look at each end of the market.

Zen Internet achieved 84% for Customer Service and 83% for Reliability which was the highest reliability rating in the survey.
