Which? Best Buy Broadband September 2008

30 October 2008: Zen Internet has once again received a Best Buy from Which?. This is the 6th time we have topped the satisfaction table in the last 5 years.

Which? sent out their biggest ever ISP survey to all 28,373 members on the Which? online panel in May 2008. 18876 members responded making it the biggest broadband satisfaction survey in the UK.

The September 2008 Best Buy revealed five stars for Zen Internet's customer service and support. Unlike some other awards, it is not possible to put a company forward for this accolade.

The customer satisfaction score (as a percentage) is based on overall satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend the ISP to a friend.

"Zen Internet's mission is to provide the best ISP service in the UK and this award demonstrates our commitment to delivering excellent service, quality and reliability to our customers." Said Richard Tang, Managing Director, Zen Internet.

Zen was also awarded Which? Best Broadband Provider 2008 at the annual Which? Awards Ceremony held in June at the British Museum, London.
