Zen Internet's reliability receives five stars in Macworld survey
Macworld has announced the results of its UK Broadband Survey based on customer satisfaction. 6,557 readers responded to the survey between May and July after being asked about their ISPs reliability, technical support and customer service, giving an overall score of satisfaction.

Another Which? Best Buy for Zen
We have been awarded our 8th Best Buy from Which?, topping the satisfaction tables for the past 4 years. The September 2009 Best Buy revealed five stars for Zen Internet's customer service and support. Unlike some other awards, it is not possible to put a company forward for this accolade.
