Caravan Park goes Wireless using Zen Broadband
Internet Access is now an option for customers The Challenge
Brown Rigg Caravan and Camping Park is a resort for caravans, motorhomes and tents, set in five acres of the Northumberland National Park. The new owners wanted to add a technical aspect to their services, so that customers could have the option of Internet access throughout their stay. The pitches had electric hook-ups so that people could bring their laptops and so the idea began to offer wireless connectivity.
They required a single Broadband connection that could handle the site office usage and also cope with multiple customers connecting simultaneously. Those staying at the site would be expecting a good service and Brown Rigg needed to find a provider who would be certain to deliver this.
The caravan park had previously used Broadband from another supplier for the Internet at the site office, but the new owners did not consider this connection consistent or reliable enough to spread across the park for wireless customer use. They needed better connectivity and higher speeds to supply those staying at the resort and they began to research new Internet Service Providers who could promise quality.
