Zen Internet Fully Compliant with Ofcom Code of Practice for Broadband Speeds
Zen Internet is pleased to announce that we are now fully compliant with Ofcom's Voluntary Code of Practice for Broadband Speeds. We fully support the spirit of the Code and welcome the notion that customers should be given a realistic expectation of the speed of their Broadband.

Implementation of 15% VAT rate
On Monday, 24 November Alistair Darling announced that VAT would be reduced from 17.5% to 15% as of Monday, 1 December 2008 until Thursday, 31 December 2009. Zen Internet will be passing this saving on to our customers and all pricing has been updated to reflect the 2.5% reduction as of 08:00 today.

Zen Internet has announced that as of 1 June 2008 the monthly download allowance for their Zen 8000 Active and Zen 8000 Lite Broadband services will automatically increase for new and existing customers.
