Zen's six years of success with PC Pro
01 October 2009: Zen Internet has been awarded the PC Pro Best ISP at this year's PC Pro Reliability & Service Awards held on 30th September. This is the sixth consecutive year that PC Pro has awarded Zen this accolade.
These awards are the most comprehensive guide to customer support and product reliability in the UK and Europe and are compiled from the UK's largest independent survey of IT customer satisfaction.
PC Pro said: "If this was the World Cup, Zen Internet would have long ago walked away with the Broadband ISPs trophy: it's now won it for the past six years! It may not offer the lowest prices, but in return you get the best customer support and the most reliable connections in the business. That's reflected by just how many people would recommend Zen to friends: a staggering 96%, compared to the industry's rather pathetic average of 73%."

On collecting the Award at the ceremony, Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing, Zen Internet, said: "We are delighted to have won this prestigious award for the sixth year running and we are grateful to all of our Customers for their continued support, especially those who took the time to vote for us."

Zen was also nominated for the PC Pro Best Web Host, although we were not winners on the night Zen scored highly in this year's results.
