Zen Internet Fully Compliant with Ofcom Code of Practice for Broadband Speeds
4 December 2008: Zen Internet is pleased to announce that we are now fully compliant with Ofcom's Voluntary Code of Practice for Broadband Speeds. We fully support the spirit of the Code and welcome the notion that customers should be given a realistic expectation of the speed of their Broadband.
We were already largely compliant with the Code but have amended where necessary our own processes over the last six months. This has included launching a new speed checker which is available on our Web site and within the online order process and customer and partner portals as well as providing relevant training on the Code to our employees and partners.
