Zen has a secure transatlantic link to New York and Points of Presence in Leeds, Manchester, London and Rochdale, further increasing the geographical diversity of this network. This means customers are assured of a reliable and resilient service as well as consistent speeds. It also enables future expansion and new product development.
Zen ensures you are speaking to the right person rather than being passed from one department to another. Training and experience are used rather than reading from scripts and employees are focussed on resolving issues first time and restoring service as quickly as possible.
Zen regularly wins independent awards that are voted for by our customers. Recent awards include PC Pro Best Broadband ISP for the sixth year running and the Which? Best Buy Broadband award for the eighth time in four years.
Zen Internet has recently moved into a new headquarters in Rochdale, the town where it was founded, and currently employs over 350 people.
