How many people can turn around and say they enjoy coming into work? Not many, but that's how I feel working for Zen. Due to the company/department size I get to deal with a diverse range of products/services and marketing disciplines. This kind of work just isn't to be found in large corporates. The culture at Zen is amazing, there is a real sense of self and company development. It does help having an MD looking to push the business forward and provide the best levels of service and I think that filters down to every employee in the company.
